  3. After cleaning, always open east windows and doors to allow fresh energy from the sun to enter.
  4. Light a candle to devote energy to your efforts. Say your wish out loud. For example, “I am very grateful for all the love, harmony, and healthy energy that you pour into my home right now.”
  5. Imagine a bright white light that fills the entire space. Visualize your home or office as a shining star that exudes light, positive energy, and blessing to all who enter.
  6. Use Himalayan salt lamps. To date, it appears that the anecdotal evidence for Himalayan salt lamps outpaces the scientific and the effects people feel may even be a placebo. That being said, there is nothing wrong with the placebo effect if it works for you. Also, Himalayan salt lamps are a beautiful addition to any room and can create a feeling of calm and relaxation.

  9. Be consistent with what you are talking about. Do not do your cleaning wanting to attract good energy to your home if then you will go out to do the opposite. You must be congruent with what you do since all the cleaning work will not work with someone who is himself negative energy.
